With a piece of paper construct a paper doll image of the issues or people causing harm and or destruction in your life. All of the inadequacies and or frustrations that you can summon in your mind should be what the image is made to represent. Talk to your new construction, tell them how they make you feel explaining how they negatively influence your life. With the doll inside a large bowl light each doll on fire and spit on it with the intention of separating yourself from the destructive energy dipicted by the doll.
